For sure the talking media ghouls have no good clue.

And really, who are you trying to attract at this point?

An old booming gassy crew without care in the world?

Maybe the dead walking who may ghost before vote?

How’s about the fiscally shrewd greedy businessman?

The meandering chatty children of dull mediaocracy?

Maybe all those right going suburban middle-classers?

Or perhaps it’s the coffers of the richest party tuggers?

But there’s a larger community waiting for hopeful vision.

The unemployed, the indebted and downcast,

The unhoused, ignored, and socially mistreated,

The mentally disordered and bodily disabled,

The parents raising children poor on minimum,

The racialized and far too often discriminated,

The striving immigrant and temporary worker,

The free talking woman and expressive queer,

The fiery young nihilists and artistic dreamers,

The eager student and educator costly paying,

The spiritual seekers and the religiously humane,

The environmentalist and protecting first nation,

The union worker striking for everyone’s raises,

The uniting peacekeeper and anti-war activist,

The scientists and thinkers reporting the crazes,

And,

An entire world awaiting a green renewal deal.
